Standard media credentials are Red Carpet Only. Tell us about your outlet, audience, and coverage plan — our team reviews every request.

Coverage type

Select every format you plan to produce on the red carpet. Lobby access is not included with a standard credential.

Team & equipment

List each additional crew member who will be on site with you. After approval, each person must complete the team registration form sent in your confirmation email.

SETVA Media Credential Rules and Regulations

  • •Media credentials are Red Carpet Only. Lobby access is not included with a standard credential.
  • •Applying grants red carpet access only if approved. Lobby access is never automatic.
  • •SETVA reviews every application.
  • •If approved, SETVA will email you with your credential details.
  • •Media credentials are issued at the sole discretion of the SETVA production team.
  • •Approved media must present a government-issued photo ID and approval confirmation at check-in.
  • •Crew size on site may not exceed the approved number listed in your credential email.
  • •Credentials are non-transferable and must be worn visibly in authorized areas.
  • •Livestream, drone, and specialty equipment requests require advance approval.
  • •Respect nominee privacy, production cues, and restricted backstage areas.
  • •SETVA reserves the right to revoke credentials for unprofessional conduct or policy violations.
  • •Post-event, credentialed media are encouraged to share published coverage links with the SETVA team.
